Adele was born in London, England, into a working class single parent household. Growing up, she played the guitar, and always wanted to be a musician. After she graduated high school, she decided to pursue a career in music. She released her debut album, 19, in 2008, and since then she has become one of the most successful female musicians in the world, selling over 120 million records in her career.
During her life, Adele has struggled with anxiety and depression. After dealing with a divorce, and dealing with the media talking about her personal life, the started to deal with anxiety, and even bouts of depression. She overcame these struggles though, and is still a great musician.
Adele has been open on social media and in interviews about her own struggles with mental health, and helped destigmatize mental health for a lot of people. She is a great inspiration for everybody who is struggling with depression and anxiety.
