Lena Dunham

Lena Dunham was born in New York City, in a relatively wealthy family. She went to artsy schools as a kid, and after attending Oberlin College she had her breakthrough as the creator and writer of the hit show Girls. Dunham has also been in other productions such as Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, and is one of the best known women in the film industry.

Throughout her life, Dunham has dealt with anxiety and depression, as well as addiction. She felt very down about herself, and turned to drugs to deal with her anxiety and depression. She found help though, and was able to get to where she is today.

Dunham has spoken about her struggles with addiction and depression, and talked about the importance of destigmatizing these problems, and also finding treatment. She is a great advocate and role model for all those dealing with addiction, anxiety, and depression.
