Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift was born in West Reading, Pennsylvania, to an upper middle class family. She was interested in music from a young age, learning how to play the guitar at 12. She released her debut album in 2006, and since then has won 11 Grammys, 34 Billboard Music Awards, and is widely regarded as one of the most famous musicians today.

As a teenager, Swift dealt with eating disorders and struggled with her body image. She often would stop eating, and would battle anorexia. For a long time, she felt like she needed to be skinnier. However, she overcame her eating disorder, and is now very healthy, and one of the most successful musicians today.

Swift has been open about her struggles with body image, and talked about the role the media plays in creating body standards. She has also been an advocate for changing body standards, and has been a great inspiration to young women around the world.
