Salma Hayek

Salma Hayek was born in Veracruz, Mexico, in an upper-middle class family. She had her first role in Teresa, a successful telenovela. Since then, she has been in movies like Wild Wild West, Grown Ups, and House of Gucci. She is widely considered the most influential Latina actress, and one of the best actresses in Hollywood.

As a child, Hayek struggled with dyslexia. At an early age, she struggled in school, and at 12 was expelled from her Catholic school due to a dyslexia caused mistake.
