Lizzo was born in Detroit, Michigan, to a middle class family. Growing up, she was interested in music, playing the flute and singing. After dropping out of college, she pursued a music career, and in 2019 had her breakthrough with the album Juicy. Since then, Lizzo has won 3 Grammys, and has also topped the Billboard charts multiple times.
During her life, Lizzo has struggled with depression. Throughout her whole life, she has always dealt with bouts of depression, and struggling to love herself. However, Lizzo has been able to fight through the depression, and still become a great musician.
Lizzo has been very open about her struggles with mental health, talking about her life experiences and sharing her story. In addition, she has been a great advocate for body positivity, and is a great role model for people all around the world.
